Responsibilities

  • ROLE OBJECTIVE:
    1.Implement Sales strategy for company’s projects in line with the organization strategy to drive top line growth through large integrated projects. Devise a market sensitive pricing strategy.
    2. Work with sales team in vertical to develop a vertical specific sales strategies including identification of channel partners.
  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
    1. Financial Perspective.
    2. Provide inputs in the business planning process collected through direct customer feedback and market intelligence.
    3. Provide inputs for defining pricing to Sales and Marketing Head.
    4. Maximize sales revenue, project profitability and ensure efficient collections.
    5. Validate the documentation during sales and ensure collections and follow up post sales through the commercial department.
    6. Customer Perspective.
    7. Develop various channels to reach the targeted customer segment.
    8. Provide suitable consultation to the customer while addressing its needs.
    9. Enhance the value for the existing customers by ensuring a healthy occupancy rate and tenant mix.
    10. Capability Perspective.
    11. Strong negotiation with dealers.
  • PERFORMANCE MEASURES / KEY RESULT AREAS:
    1. Drive growth in Sales revenue ( project /geography / vertical / key account).
    2. Customer satisfaction pre and post sales.
  • KEY INTERACTIONS:
    1. Internal External.
    2. Marketing department Dealers, investors, brand retailers.
  • MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
    1. Level of Education:BA, MBA Sales & Marketing.
    2. Experience: 4-6yrs of experience in real estate (retail,investor,brand).

    1. Knowledge of pricing frameworks and strategies Behavioral Skills.
